Unlock Curse spell for light clerics. Dark/Light clerics share the exact same spells including Mass Curse but for some reason Curse is locked to Light clerics.

Not sure if it was T2 or ROE that had a shifter change in place that allowed the shifter to move while shifting. Anyway we could get this change again? Made playing a shifter a lot more fast pace and fun. You still had to wait for the shift to happen but you could run across a field and shift into a "Runner" form or sneak form and keep moving.
